We use recyclable packaging wherever possible.  All of our fresh flowers, wreath kits and faux flower arrangements and stems are packaged in sustainable packaging. Flowers are elegantly hand tied with twine and wrapped in brown paper while our faux flower arrangements are tied using approximately 10cm of paper wire which can be reused.

Delicate homeware and vases are wrapped in minimal bubble wrap to protect them during delivery.

If you wish to purchase several items and send them to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address and pay for delivery each time.

A handwritten note can be included with your purchase. Once you have added an item to your cart, simply click on ‘Add Order Note’ and enter your message.

All orders are dispatched without any purchase information in the box so the price won’t be disclosed to the recipient.

E-Gift cards are available to purchase here in the following denominations - £10, £25, £50 and £100. You will receive an email with a unique code that you can forward to the gift receiver or print out and give to them.

We also sell physical gift cards in our shop if you would prefer to pop in for an actual card.

From time to time we offer personalised discount codes. Simply enter your email address at the bottom of our homepage and we’ll email you when we have a promotion available.

It depends, but simply sign up for email updates on the product page and we’ll notify you if it does become available to purchase again.

As soon as your purchase is on its way you will receive an SMS with delivery updates and an email from the courier DPD. You can also download the DPD app to manage your delivery preferences more easily.
