We offer Next Day or Nominated Day shipping to Mainland UK. Simply select your preferred date or order by 2pm for delivery the following day on the product page. Please note, purchases made after our cut off time will be delivered the next working day.

TRACKING YOUR PURCHASE

DPD delivers Monday to Saturday between 7am-6pm and will provide a time slot on the day of delivery.

You will receive an SMS and an email from the courier DPD once your order is on its way to you. You can also download the DPD app to manage your delivery preferences.

Please make sure someone is available to sign for your parcel at the shipping address specified.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- All fresh flowers and wreath kits are shipped separately. If you are ordering fresh flowers with other items, you will pay 2 shipping costs and they will arrive in 2 separate deliveries.

- Deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided. Please be aware that we can’t be held responsible if the address entered at checkout is incorrect.

- If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will refund the cost of your purchase minus the shipping price as well as any additional costs incurred in sending your order back to us.

- Your fresh flowers and wreath kits should arrive on the day you specified however, occasionally due to circumstances outside of our control they may not be delivered until the next day
